Everything at Earls is still made fairly fresh! The chicken for the Caesar salad is NOT precooked... It is portioned every morning, refrigerated, and then cooked upon order...A very minimal amount of food is frozen, and fresh food is ordered less than a week apart. Earls offers amazing service, welcoming and hospitable staff, a diverse menu, and a genuine desire to make every customer happy. Its a consistent perception that when you go to Earls, if your needs and wants haven't been met, the staff will do what they can to ensure you leave with a smile. ..More Reviews
