Sanbiki Restaurant Ltd

At one visit my wife and I had ordered lunch and my wife found a hair in the salad. We do realize this can happen but the restaurant's reaction was less than acceptable. The waitress apologized and took it back into the back and came back with the same salad with the hair removed. I noted this to the waitress and she said she will see if she can get it deleted from the bill, I said don't worry about it. I told her that I just wanted to point it out to her that we knew that they did not replace the salad and not trying to get out of paying for it. we have not been back to the restaurant again even if it is convenient and the food did taste good but we have some reservations on the dollar before customer service atititude at Sanbiki's.

Sushi on par with Vancouver, we make a point of visiting every time we go to Kamloops and only wish they had a restaurant in Williams Lake.

As someone who has lived in Kamloops my entire life I can tell you that this is the best sushi place in town, but it's also the most expensive.

Excellent! Very high quality food with superb attention to detail and that genuine neighborhood feel that a sushi bar is supposed to have! Wonderful owners!

Great Japanese restaurant in Kamloops. Very large menu with special focus on vegetarian selections, qnd also offers seasonal menus. Uses very good quality sashimi grade fish sourced from environmentally responsible suppliers.

The Food at Sanbiki is FANTASTIC!!!!The best I have ever tasted. Melt in your mouth Sashimi. If your in Kamloops and you like Sushi, this is the place. Heather and Masato (owners) are always freindly and welcoming. When are you opening a restaurant in Kelowna?????

Delicious fresh sushi, and a good selection of Japanese menu items for the non-sushi lovers in your group. Great location downtown - best ambiance of all of Kamloops' sushi options!

The sushi used to be excellent, then they hired a new sushi chief. The restaurant could use a cleaning. Staff sometimes rude, but the food is good and authentic.

This is absolutely the best Japanese restaraunt I have ever been to. I *highly* recommend anyone in Kamloops, or passing through, to come here. The Sanbiki Combo is my all-time favourite...just about $10, and it's loaded with the best of everything. I can rarely finish the whole thing, and is a treat to eat there. During the Spring or Summer months one can sit on their patio to eat, and since Sanbiki is on a downtown corner there is a lot of good people-watching to do. Overall, this is my favourite restaraunt of all.

Absolutely the best Japanese food in town. Original 'Sanbiki' recipes with unmatchable friendly service. Definitely an intimate atmosphere - a great place for a date or quiet dinner with your spouse. Clean, affordable and with personality!

This lovely Japanese restaurant was a real find in Kamloops. It was clean, very attractive and the tempura was as good or better than any I have had anywhere. The prices are reasonable and there were noodle bowls that were very inexpensive.
