Sanbiki Restaurant Limited

I have eaten at several sushi restaraunts, I was blown away by sanbiki, The freshest of produce, freshest seafood. great presentation. Truly delicious. Slightly more expensive than others but unlike some it is well worth it

I'm sitting on the beautiful outdoor patio of this restaurant as I write this. Sanbiki has wonderful sushi and a wide assortment of other contemporary Japanese cuisine. If you happen to be a vegan as I am, you'll be pleased that there is a separate two page vegetarian menu with the vegan items clearly marked, the majority of these menu choices are vegan. The edamamme is tender and there is fine selection of beer and wine. Prices are also reasonable. After dining in Kamloops for over five weeks this is the most vegan friendly restaurant I've found.
