I would not eat here if it was the last place in town. All the staff looked like they wanted to run out the side door every time a new customer came walking in. The management is very unperfessional with their actions. The food was very dry and cold when we got it after waiting for almost 10 minutes. When I went back up to ask for new food, the manager which i will leave namless but he knows who he is was very rude to me. I'm sorry im not paying for a $10 meal that is like that. Needless to say i will never eat at any A&W in kamloops again. Poor service and very POOR food!!! ..More Reviews
