The best service and best pasta ever. I live in Vancouver but always make a trip to this restaurant when I am in Kamloops visiting family. It can get busy, understandable because it is so good. I took a good friend there one time who is a head chef and he said it was the best pasta he had ever eaten. I highly recommend going there if you have never been.

Every time I go to Kamloops I make sure that I go to Peter's Pasta. The service is amazing. The Pasta is amazing.

I've been going to Peter's Pasta for 19 years (ever since I moved to Kamloops). Without fail, I take all my out of town guests and relatives to Peters as an excellent meal w/great service and pleasant ambience are guaranteed. I've travelled extensively and can honestly claim that I've never had food better than this. This is a one of a kind place. We should cherish it for as long as we are fortunate to have Peter and Jackie (and their daughter Fabienne) providing such a dining experience. I'm sorry the out of towner who claims a poor experience lacks any sense of humour. The long long lineups (and people do wait) attest to the fine job Peters Pasta has been providing without fail for years. Rating should be Excellent

My wife and I were in town for a few nights. One of those evenings we wanted some italian and were directed to Petes Pasta. I have to say it was a fantastic place to dine. We were greeted immediately at the door, given a clean table, and had our orders taken within minutes. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was outstanding. My wifes ravioli was hand made and served with a fresh, clean, and vibrant marinara sauce. My chicken peppercorn linguine was probably the best pasta dish I have ever had. Light fresh pasta served with a light creamy peppercorn sauce was really to die for. It was so good we had to try dessert...white chocoloate coated vanilla ice cream with raspberry coulee centre. Scrumptious. Best. Pasta. Ever.

I am not the person that usually goes online to vote on a business, I prefer do it in person as I think it is more fair and more personal. What changed my mind? After seeing some of the reviews I would like to give mo opinion on Peter's Pasta. We have been regular customers at this restaurant for over twenty years. We still enjoy our meals and outings to Peters Pasta as much as when we first started going there many years ago. It is the highlight for our children when they come home for a visit. It is truly incredible what comes out of that small kitchen. Never had better pasta anywhere else and the sauces are so tasty. Best Caesar salad ever and everything tastes so fresh. It is very unfortunate how some people cannot taste the difference between preserved and fresh food! The regular food junkie that consumes most of his/hers meals at fast food places will never appreciate food like they serve at Peters Pasta. Unfortunately those are the people that turn around and post bad reviews as they are not accustomed to fresh tasty food. However, there are so many people that love to dine at Peters Pasta. The endless lineups demonstrate this every day they are open. Peter is very funny and has a wicked sense of humor, which some people might not understand. But those are the people that have no sense of humor themselves! As for the last reviewer Man oh man, you have a lot of issues to deal with! The first thing you need to do is to accept that you are black and people are not judging you for it! Peter asks questions and he doesnt care what your skin color is. They are not racist at all, I see so many people from different nations eating there because they all feel welcome! We have brought friends in and Peter asked them all sorts of questions and none of them felt interrogated or treated in a rude way just because they were asked where they are from. Lets face it, Peter is there every day they are openhe sees everybody that comes and goesof course he will ask people questions and jokes around as he is friendly and likes to break the ice. To make a long story short Peters Pasta rocks and I hope they will be there for many more years! Great job Jacquie and Peter. You should be proud to be the owners of the most successful restaurant in Kamloops. Going strong for so many yearsthat is an incredible achievement! And thanks to the daughter too, which is the sweetest waitress!

Peter suggested that I should pay more for the all you can eat pasta dinner as I am not from Kamloops. He asked me if I'm from Kamloops which I assume he did because I'm black, I also assume that no one else is asked where they are from before they have dinner as they would fit the profile to live in Kamloops. A couple seated after us got their meal before us, and after our first plate everyone else who was seated after us got a second plate. We waited for 40+ minutes after the 1st plate and never got a second plate. Paid for all you can eat pasta and we were denied more food(all you can eat). Its hard for me to believe that I was treated the way I was because of my race. Waiter promised to pack our second plate before we left, this never happened as I assume she was told not to. When paying Peter said that they were out of food that's why we didn't get it to go and maybe next time. Owner is rude and cocky

Peter's Pasta is the place to eat at in Kamloops. Had many meals there with my family when growing up and now only get to enjoy their food when visiting Kamloops. Nothing has changed...pasta and sauces cooked to perfection and Peter is still as friendly as ever. Peter and his wife care about their busniess and it shows in the product. I am always amazed how they run the business so smooth, no matter how busy it is. Busiest restaurant in Kamloops but the wait to get a table and the food is well worth it. Job well done, keep it up and don't retire any time soon!!!

2011-03-09 16:32:14

This little restaurant in downtown Kamloops has a reputation that has never faltered. Peter is always pleasant when greeting people, he remembers names, he remembers favourite dishes and even suggests ways to 'personalize' a dish to make it even more special for an individual. It is amazing how Jacqui runs that tiny kitchen so smoothly and everything comes out as it should. Fresh pasta made daily cannot be compared to anything in a box - which any of us can have at home, not what we are going out for! We eat at Peter's Pasta frequently and have found if there ever is a problem, it is corrected immediately and without a fuss. As for 'Tight's comments about the pasta being under/over cooked - yes, he should know if his Ex was an Italian chef - but then, that truly explains why such a smart person is his Ex. The people who enjoy this restaurant are not food critics looking for ways to complain or get picky, they are regular people who work hard for their money and truly enjoy a great evening out with good food, good wines and a wonderful atmosphere to relax in - keep up the Good work Peter and Jacqui, you are 99.9% great for Kamloops.

Just a wonderful place to eat. Best pasta ever and Peter was great.

The best garlic sauce I have ever tasted! Excellent pasta and

2010-09-01 12:19:11

wow, I finally made it to Peter's, not an easy thing considering the lineup... but well worth it! Never had a better meal and did not know pasta could taste sooo good! Service was excellent and even though the place was packed, it did not take long for the meal to arrive...steaming hot! Impressed! I will be back for more!

2010-07-25 17:01:25

I just moved to Kamloops in January of this year and my cousin decided to take me out for pasta and I had the best meal in a very long time. The service was excellent and the owner's extremely friendly, but the food INCREDIBLE!!! I hope they will be open for a very, very, looooong time and since then I have gone often for dinner and recommend it highly to others. Thank you.

2010-07-09 11:07:31

I have been going to Peter's Pasta for a very long time, and every time I have gone, all of the food was perfect!!! They make the best ceasar salad I have ever tasted!!! I have to say, their pasta is the best you can find in any restaurant. All of the servers are very nice and it does not take a long time to get your food. Every friend of mine that goes to Kamloops, I tell them to go to Peter's Pasta. They always come back with amazing comments all in all, it is truly amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2010-06-23 08:53:40

Best Chicken Alfredo ever...Alfredo sauce like I am accustomed to from Italy (lived there for five years)...fast and friendly service...still waiting for Jacquie to make Tiramisu...hopefully one day!

2010-06-21 08:16:52

This restaurant is substandard for the price, in fact I was disappointed. The noodles were nice, but for $19-95 a plate the portions were very small. It was a seafood alfredo dish and the sauce was soupy and the seafood chewy, the flavour was also bland.

The service was good and the plates came out right away, considering that the place was packed. I'd like to give it a second chance and order something else next time when I can afford it. Right now I'd give it a 5 out of 10.

2010-06-12 08:00:32

June 11/10, Went to Peters Pasta for tonite for the first time and we had such excellent food, service, and the atmosphere was great and would recommend this suberb restuarant to anyone. Service and food was fast and efficient.

2010-06-09 13:11:28

The best, most savoury pasta dishes!!!!

2010-05-30 16:26:44

excellent!...to the point you don't want to eat pasta anywhere else!

2010-05-30 10:18:33

I wouldn't worry too much about the negative responses. Your food is consistently delicious, and it certainly keeps us coming back for more. See you soon. RD )

2010-05-15 17:22:54

Message for the last reviewer Are you on a different planet or what? Get some facts straight......they never served ice and customers like ourselves did get used to it...the owners care about their restaurant today as much as they did years ago, they are always there and the restaurant has not fallen apart over the years... they never bring the bill to the table, you go to the till... if you did eat at this restaurant before like you make it sound, you would have known this and would not have waited at the table for your bill!!! As for the chicken My wife and I always have chicken dishes, we eat there at least twice a month, and they cook chicken better than any other restaurant. Fresh pasta has a firmer texture, maybe you are not used to this. Garlic TOAST is not supposed to be soft! In all the years eating there we never had any complaints and never worried about chipping a tooth! Moreover, your comment that anyone that visits Peters Pasta will be highly disappointed was unnecessary. They are most likely the busiest restaurant in town for a good reason!

2010-05-14 23:39:58

i cant belive how gross the food was from here the chicken was so undercooked it was light white no color what so ever, my noodles were hard and i thought i was going to chip a tooth biting in to the bread! needless to say this restaurant has fallen apart over the years due to the owners lack of caring.. peter was very short with us and not understanding what so ever, when trying to call him over to receive our bill or ask for a drink he would simply walk on by and ignore us. this is not how you treat a customer. and no ice in our drinks? what kind of restaurant is this. your water is not near enough cold to allow there to be no ice. needless to say anyone who visits this restaurant will be highly disappointed, i would never recommend this place to anyone.

2010-05-09 23:07:45

excellent

2010-04-24 23:44:43

Had our first dinner at Peters Pasta this week as we only moved to Kamloops two months ago. For sure a restaurant we will go back to frequently...best Caesar salad and best pasta we ever had...the sauces are very tasty...service was very friendly also. My wife, which usually is not into sweets, ordered her own Crme Brulee after tasting some of mine!! On another note...the music they played in the background was very well chosen...it was geared towards every age group with tunes from all over the world and some songs sure brought back memories. Very happy we followed the advice of friends to eat at Peters Pasta!!

2010-03-30 05:39:49

While I am sitting at an Airport waiting for a connecting flight, I am reading the reviews of my favourite restaurant in Kamloops. Needless to say, I am very surprised what I am reading. After dining at Peter's Pasta for close to twenty years, I have to disagree with quite a few reviews. We have taken family, friends and work colleagues to Peters Pasta and there was never an incident where Peter came across rude, the service was not friendly or the pasta under- or overcooked. Whoever we took there always loved it and told us how lucky we are to have Peters Pasta in Kamloops.
For the last reviewer, Peter greets the people that come in and not his wife...she is busy in the kitchen cooking.
Moreover, no restaurant can please everybody...we all like different foods...some like it hot where some like it mild...some like the pasta al dente, some like it mushy..some like drip coffee where other ones appreciate a coffee from an espresso machine. Peter and his wife have run a very successful restaurant for over twenty years. While so many other restaurants are complaining about bad economy, they still manage to get a line-up every night they are open. It would really surprise me for this to happen just because so many Kamloops people do not know the difference between under- or overcooked pasta!! Seriously, is this all people are doing these days, go home and write bad reviews because the pasta and sauces are different than what they might be accustomed to from a Chain Restaurant? Message to all the angry customers take a deep breath but most of all GET A LIFE!
Very happy to have Peter and his wife doing such a great job. I dont just speak for myself by saying this...there are so many happy Peters Pasta customers we know of...customers, which appreciate fresh pasta and all the freshly made sauces, cooked into a delicious meal!!
Peter and Jacquie, you are doing an awesome job and the many returning customers are living proof!

  • Establishment's Comments on this review

Your review is greatly appreciated by us. You really hit the nail by saying, that no restaurant can please everybody...there will always be unhappy or angry customers, no matter how hard anyone tries. Thank you!

  • 2010-03-29 13:31:12

Not many good things to say about this restaurant. The food is either, extremely undercooked, or overcooked. You would think that Peter's wife would be able to get it right after 23 years of cooking noodles? My five year old daughter can cook noodles better than I have tasted here. The first time my wife and I had came in the owners were nice, average people. However, after coming in a couple more times we would greet them only to have a rude response by the wife such as

  • Establishment's Comments on this review

Maybe you should send your five year old daugter into Peter's Pasta so she can teach my wife how to cook pasta!! Amazing how after 24 years people still line up every night we are open to get a plate of extremly undercooked or overcooked pasta!!
Not exactly sure what you were trying to say about my wife greeting you in a rude way...first of all, she is in the kitchen, second, you never finished your sentence! Coming to think of, I really hope you don't assume, that my daughter, which works with me on the floor, is my wife! She usually is the only one besides me, that greets customers by the door!

  • 2010-03-27 05:59:21

Awesome, 5 star - everything is fantastic here! P & J are a fantastic team and we are so lucky to have them in Kamloops! We have been eating here with our kids and now our grandkids for the past 15 years and it's always a 'must do' when the kids come home for a visit. Thanks guys.

    2010-03-05 17:14:12

What Matcha has said about Peters Pasts is completely true. The owner is like the soup nazi in Seinfeld.

    2010-02-20 16:52:51

How are the prices over charged and the pasta sub par? What other restaurant makes their own pasta and sauces fresh EVERYDAY? And overpriced I think not, every other restaurant charges around the same. Well guess what the fact your father was a baker apparently you cant tell the difference between bread because as well the bread is made FRESH EVERYDAY.

    2010-02-15 12:34:23

I was passing through Kamloops and visiting friends and was recomended Peters. Peter is a very rude and bitter mizer --which reflects greatly in his food. Beware, as peter will over charge you for his platters and attempt to harass you into beliving his poor cooking is above your own pallete. The pasta I had was sub par being under cooked for Al Dente (which I didn't order) and the bread was at least two days old. (Side note My father was a baker for 40 years and so I know my breads and pastries well.) I haven't had to travel very far to find better pasta and neither will you. My advice skip this one, you can do better.

    2010-02-10 07:23:08

Awesome food...best pasta in town for so many years. Moreover, best Caesar salad and the best Crme Bruelee! Have enjoyed many meals there and was never disappointed.

    2010-01-21 10:41:26

Peter's Pasta has not gone downhill, just look at how busy that place is when everybody else is slow!!! Food is awesome and the service is friendly. Where do you find a restaurant these days that makes everything from scratch? The only things they don't make are the Ravioli and Tortellini as well as the gelato. The other desserts are homemade and they are the best...never had a better Crme Brulee than at Peter's! I agree with the last review...Peter's wife sure knows how to cook the chicken! I am glad Peter's Pasta is open again after their holiday and standing in line is well worth it. For the ones, that state Soriso or Vittorio are the places to go to when looking for a pasta place...I tried both places while Peter's Pasta was closed for holidays but there is no comparison. The sauces have no flavour...very bland. And the salad dressing must have been from a bottle, for sure not made from scratch! Peter's Pasta has been and still is the best pasta restaurant. I have travelled a lot and eaten out a lot, therefore I know how lucky we can consider ourselves to have a restaurant like this to go to! I hope we will have many more years to enjoy awesome food at Peters Pasta before Peter and his wife are retiring!

    2010-01-06 13:38:29

They make their own pasta and sauces, and cook chicken better than any restaurant I've been in. Peter is delightful. Rather than expanding, they just increased the prices. A bit expensive for a pasta restaurant, but worth it.

    2009-12-20 13:36:11

Very rude service and no debit machine.

    2009-12-20 13:36:09

Our grandchildren love the spaghetti at Peter's. My advise for the reviewer saying that the kid's spaghetti at East Side Mario's is better...if you like your food out of bags and cans then the Chain Food Restaurants would apeal to you! As for the service, we never had bad service but we also understand, that on busy nights it can get very hectic. The food quality is as good as years ago, we never had a bad meal, no undercooked or overcooked pasta. Still the best pasta ever as well as the salads! Awesome food!

    2009-12-13 18:15:39

Service has really gone downhill lately. Pasta Tuesdays are still a good deal.

    2009-12-11 22:19:26

I'd recommend the children's menu spaghetti at East Side Mario's before Peters Pasta.

    2009-11-07 06:19:30

Best pasta ever!!. Our kids love it there and prefer to go to Peter's over McDonalds!

    2009-10-26 03:30:30

The food is good, definelty not a kid friendly restaurant for a family restaurant.

    2009-10-25 02:26:14

AWESOME!!! Best Fettucini Alfredo EVER. Great atmosphere, Great service!!!

    2009-10-18 19:47:23

Peters Pasta brings to mind the story of the Emperor who had No Clothes.

    2009-09-27 05:58:47

For the last reviewer...shame on him or her for being such a prick as a customer...actually for being a prick in general by calling everybody that goes to Peter's Pasta clearly clueless. Quite frankly, the reviewer is the one being clueless by not even knowing the difference between Catelli meat sauce and freshly made Bolognese! One of my daughters worked for some time at Peter's Pasta, therefore I know for a fact, that everything is made from scratch on the premises except the Ravioloi, Tortellini and the gelato! Good for the reviewer for not going back to Peter's Pasta...this will give a customer like me, that actually appreciates good, fresh food, a chance to get in faster! And for the record, pasta did not originate in Italy! Pasta History It traveled from China to Arabia to Italy! Moreover, I highly doubt, that the reviewer would know the meaning of al dente if he or she cannot tell the difference from Catelli Meat Sauce to a fresh Bolognese!!
Peter's Pasta serves without a doubt the best pasta in town!

    2009-08-05 21:13:58

Peter's Pasta on the 5th of August was the worst restaurant experience of my life. Never before have I had the owner of an establishment swear at a customer, refuse to change an order literally 5 seconds after he wrote it down and then bring out the wrong meal on purpose, even after the change was clarified.

Shame on Peter for being an absolute prick to his customers.

Finally, anybody who thinks Peters is the best pasta in town is clearly clueless. Try Sorriso Deli on the North Shore and try some pasta made by Italians who actually understand the meaning of Al Dente.

Peter's bolognese I'm quite sure is catelli meat sauce mixed with some ground beef.

    2009-05-04 22:10:35

Without a doubt, the best pasta in town. A great Caesar Salad to start the meal and then settle into plates of wonderfully fresh homemade pasta. Their house salad and dressing is to die for! If you have never been, this is one place that HAS to be on your MUST DO list!

    2009-03-05 13:42:25

Wow! Homemade pasta and sauces, perfectly cooked, Al dent, as it should be. Flavourful like they themselves invented the sense of taste. Compared to many Italian restaurants I've frequented, this one truly satisfies someone who wants a big plate of salad and knock-you-dead pasta like mom would have made if she was an angel. A glass of wine or a beer and you're really are in heaven.

The angry reviewer needs take a deep breath, and direct his A personality demands toward chain operations that buy his self-entitlement. The couple running this admittedly idiosyncratic place are doing such a tremendous job, that they and their loyal customers are just as happy if it doesn't become any more popular. This is not the Olive Garden. Order anything off the menu, and it will be sure to delight.

    2008-12-26 11:56:26

My family eats at Peter's Pasta about once every 2 weeks. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Peter's has many returning customers, my only worry is when he and his wife decide to retire to Mexico...

    2008-11-11 18:25:42

I can hardly wait till he opens one in Las Vegas. The strip is in desperate need of a great pasta joint such as this. Everyday the new special is totally delicious. If i could eat there everyday I would. Awesome!

    2008-10-22 18:20:36

Peter and his wife, Jacki have a definate gold mine. Their restaurant is always busy and the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. My family and I have thouroughly enjoyed dining in this great establishment. We, and our extended family that live elsewhere always look forward to dining here. The pasta is AMAZING period.

    2008-08-05 14:19:48

I look forward to Peter's Pasta when visiting Kamloops. I must say it is one of the best Pasta's in the Thompson region!

    2008-07-24 18:44:04

Had a sizeable and tasty meal with excellent service. Chatted with Peter about Kamloops and he asked many questions about us. Very enjoyable. Will return shortly.

    2008-03-20 14:07:36

For pasta in Kamloops, this is the place to go to. We have a lot of family and friends visiting from both Vancouver and Calgary and we always take them to Peter's Pasta. For some of them it has become mandatory to have dinner at Peter's Pasta when in town. The food, the service and the atmosphere...it is all excellent. I really enjoy sitting close by the kitchen, this gives me a chance to watch Jaquie cooking...it is fun to watch how she can get so many meals out of that small kitchen...steaming hot and so flavourful. At times I worry, that she will get burned with all the flames going but she knows how to handle all those pans. Truly amazing! The ceasar salad is to dye for. The customer who gave a bad review about the Ceasar salad probably never tasted freshly made Caesar dressing. We love going there because it is so consistant, it is like going for dinner to friends place. The pasta is never under- or overcooked and every meal I had at Peter's Pasta was excellent. We are lucky to have such a restaurant in Kamloops, our friends and family are jealous! And to end a fine meal, you need to try the homemade Creme Brulee...it is soooo good!

    2008-03-11 15:18:32

Excellent service, excellent food, great quaint atmosphere. I've been there several times and loved it every time.

    2008-02-09 09:36:16

Worst I have ever had. Was my moms birthday. I ordered the cesar salad to find a long nice brown hair right in the middle mixed right in there. My boyfriend asked for a credit and he told him there was no hair when I brought it out to her they remade the salad still the worst I have ever had. My grandma had made a cake to bring and asked them to bring it out they brought out the wrong cake as we were singing happy birthday ) Drinking canned pop out of a wine glass ? The only good thing that came about they did not charge me for my salad..

    2007-09-29 03:09:22

I have only been to Peter's once, to my regret, some years ago. The food and service were great. Next time I overnight in Kamloops I would definitely have a meal this restaurant. One of the best pasta restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to visit

    2007-08-30 22:24:06

This is the best pasta restaurant in Kamloops. Service is very good. Prices reasonable for the quality. The gentleman (or lady) who gave a bad review has probably not had much experience with freshly made pasta, as it usually has a firmer texture than mass produced, boxed pastas. Even though he states he has eaten at many restaurants, they may not have used fresh pasta. It's all a matter of what we get accustomed to. I have never had undercooked/overcooked pasta from Peter's.

    2007-07-28 09:32:51

Regarding the last review! If you are saying, that you know the difference between al dente and not cooked, you might want to rethink that. We have been dining at Peter's Pasta for close to twenty years and so have many others we know. Every meal was cooked to perfection. I am retired but I was president of a big company, therefore I was on many business trips all over the world. Needless to say, that I too have eaten in many excellent restaurants but nothing compares to Peter's Pasta when it comes to pasta. It is not for no reason, that this is one of the busiest restaurants in Kamloops. Moreover, you also need to know, that Peter's Pasta has been in business for over twenty years and will not be burried by a customer like you, which obviously had a bad day and maybe took it out on Peter. As for your #3 remark...they have so many happy customers to cook for. Before you make a statement like this, you should do your homework and see how many people go there every night. And don't worry, Peter's Pasta will not have to close in six months as there are a lot of people in Kamloops, which appreciate fresh food, everything made from scratch and the pasta cooked AL DENTE unlike you.

    2007-07-27 16:44:01

On July 25, 2007 I visited Petes pasta and ordered the seafood pasta it promptly arrived at the table and on my 1st bite it was still overly hard, uncooked, I took a second bite only to be the same.
Gave my order to the waitress and my plate was returned right away by an older man that felt the need to instruct me that I was wrong in wanting my food cooked that it was cooked just fine proceeded to reach in front of me across my plate, seating area to the utensils (very rude and low class for any restaurant) cut the food and showed me a noodle. Then told me I do not know what I am talking about in front of my date and the rest of the people in the restaurant. (public embarrassment of your customers)
Asking him to have it recooked he informed me that no they would not do that and if I wanted a 2nd plate I would be charged for it. Upon stating to him I wanted the bill and to leave he said he would get it recooked after stating he would not but the restaurant would use the seafood over again. So by then my date was done her meal and I was still waiting for my own. I informed the waiter I wanted to leave he walked to the table behind me then walked away I had to call for his attention once more as he ignored my request to take my dates food to get it wrapped.(ignoring the customer)
After my evening errands of running around and wanting to eat something for dinner I opened my left over pasta only to find that the cook did reuse my seafood as the shrimp were over cooked tiny rubbery the scallops were the same and huge bounty of 2 prawns in the container and a bunch of dry pasta.
I myself work with the public every day I am in the customer service industry myself, so after working a hot long day for my money in todays market wanting to take a date out for a nice meal and being charged $40.00 for this and being treated like a child or simpleton I am not happy at ALL. Mc Donalds would have been better.

To give you an idea of why I am upset about the food quality I have eaten in some of the best restaurants in Germany, Italy, Austria, Hollywood California, fresh crab lobster in nova Scotia, Vancouver steak house just to name a few hell even Antons pasta in Burnaby that is known for its pasta is in a league of their own compared to peters. My EX of 10 years that happens to be Italian is a master chef and instructor at Vancouver culinary arts school. So yes I know the difference between al dente and not cooked.

In the future I point out the 3 rules of customer service /cooking
#1 the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT
#2 the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT
#3 if the food is not to the customers liking make it again so it is.
Or you wont have any customers to cook for.

And never embarrass your customers by teaching a food lesson at their table.
In closing as they say a good referral is worth a hundred customers a bad one is worth a thousand customers not even coming to your restaurant so rest assured I will be telling all my friends, family and coworkers all about Petes Pasta and how a rude waiter tried to tell me that I was going to eat my dinner and like it. I only wish I was a public food critic I would have berried your restaurant. I give your restaurant 6 months before it has to close if your treating customers like this.
I have NEVER been treated like this never again will I set foot thru your door.

This is one of the best Pasta restaurants I've ever been to. The ower is so nice and friendly, he greets us and seat us at the table and then comes by to make sure we are doing alright. I had the veal garlic and it was to die for. The pasta is all freshly made and you could tell that the noodles were quality. This is one place i would visit everytime I'm in Kamloops,BC. A must visit. and it is worth the wait.
