At one visit my wife and I had ordered lunch and my wife found a hair in the salad. We do realize this can happen but the restaurant's reaction was less than acceptable. The waitress apologized and took it back into the back and came back with the same salad with the hair removed. I noted this to the waitress and she said she will see if she can get it deleted from the bill, I said don't worry about it. I told her that I just wanted to point it out to her that we knew that they did not replace the salad and not trying to get out of paying for it. we have not been back to the restaurant again even if it is convenient and the food did taste good but we have some reservations on the dollar before customer service atititude at Sanbiki's. ..More Reviews
